Boys 12 years and older can sign-up to try firing a black-powder rifle.
Yes, the main goal was fun, but the Scoutmaster counted this as their shower too! After all, there's probably more soap on one boy in this photo than they would have willingly used all week otherwise!
This lean-to was called the "Electric" lean-to, and it housed 6-8 of our boys.
The older boys signed up for some COPE (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) where they worked on their team-building skills. Ask one of them about the flying squirrel!
Not only were these two standing together, but they became friends throughout the week.
