Mr. Yencer

Mr. Yencer is an Owl! - Mr. Yencer's Patrol during WoodBadge NE-III-187 was the Owl Patrol, "Hoot hoot, don't polute." Check out his Patrol's Totem on the left!

Leader's Knots - His Patrol project was a presentation about Leadership knots. These are the square knots adults wear over their left pocket, and each knot has a significance. The Owl Patrol researched the many knots available and presented what they found during their second weekend. The presentation was well received, as copies of the presentation were requested during and after Wood Badge by various participants and staff. Click here to see the presentation!

A Scout's guide to eating healthy - One of Mr. Yencer's Patrol members created a pamphlet to help Scouts plan healthy meals. She cooks for a lot of Scout functions, so she was able to easily create the brochure to send out to local councils for distribution. Click here to see the brochure!

Religious Diversity - Part of Mr. Yencer's WoodBadge ticket was to create a presentation on Religious Diversity, which he presented to the Scouts the following March. In typical Mr. Yencer fashion, he put way too much information in the presentation, thus it is available here for Scouts and Leaders to download if they would like to read more about religion and the BSA. Click here to see the presentation!

Mr. Nellis

Mr. Nellis is a Fox - Mr. Nellis took his WoodBadge course the same time as Mr. Yencer, and he had a blast! More will be posted soon about Mr. Nellis and his Patrol.
